JODIE O'SHEA Orphanage Post #9

Jodie O'Shea was sadly killed in the 2002 Bali Bombings.  Her Australian family opened this orphanage 7 years ago in her honor.  The children here are from different pasts, however, they are very well loved and cared for here at Jodie O'Shea.  I had the honor to visit the orphanage during my visit and made many friends.  I will be starting some projects in order to raise awareness and funds for my new friends.  Please continue to visit my blog and
make comments below to say 'hello' to the children.
Sophia.  Sooo cute.
Many great new friends my age.

Happiness is the secret.  Teenagers go to job training after they finish high school.  That is also supported by the orphanage.

Cutie pie.  He was a bit shy to meet me.

Jodie O'Shea runs completely by donation.  Please feel free to visit their website. I will update you with projects I will be organizing in order to provide some help for their needs.  Thank you.   Brenner

Critters in Bali Post #7

Make sure you click on pictures to expand.  Komodo Dragons.  Wow.  They are huge and can run real fast.  They are the most poisonous critter in the world.  Just a scratch will kill you.  They just nip prey and follow it till they die. Their saliva is filled with deadly bacteria.  Amazing.  Not a Hungry Komodo.

Hungry Kitty.  They are not actually from Bali, I am at a Safari Park.

Hungry Monkey. These are in Bali.  Monkey Forest.  This is what happened to mom last time she was here.  This monkey bit her.  I didn't want to go cause they can have rabies.

Dyed chickens for sale!  I will take the pink one.  Someone must of had a bit too much Rum to come up with this one.

AHHHH.  isn't he the cutest!   Baby Turtle Day Care in Gili, Lombok.

Soooo cute.

Hungry Spider.  Spiders are huge in Bali!

Just a friend saying Hello.

Pretty blue fish

Fish Massage and Pedicures.  I am having a Fish Manicure. They eat the dead skin cells and whatever else is on you.  It felt pretty neat.

Mom stepped on this guy.  Thought it was a Scorpion.  Just a very crabby mud crab.

Chubby and Chubster.  They are the two little goldfish in the Villa pond.  I loved them most.  The Villa manager told me one day that 9 fish died and I couldn't find these two.  I had quite a cry.  Then Mom found them under a rock in the pond.  I was sooooo happy.

Some more fish from the pond

baby turtle in the pond.  His name is Ninja Turtle

My swimming partner in the pool.  He lives under the Budda statue.

Cows, pigs, chickens, dogs, run free in Bali.  When you ride bikes you need to yeild to all sorts of critters.

Daily Traffic

Cows eat plastic in Bali.  Yuk.

This is Gili T island off of Lombok.  Only horses and bikes allowed on the island.  They use them to carry heavy building supplies.

This is a very strange critter.  Distant cousin to the Shark.

I miss my dog.  This rock stood in for Tallee.

Hungry Piranha

Hungry Parrots

Hungry Crocodiles

Hungry Deer

Sleepy Honey Bear.  Nearly Extinct too.

Cuddley Hippos.  They are apparently very dangerous.  But don't look it.

Good they are not hungry.  I am tho.

more bali traffic.

He wants a peanut.  Mom's favorite.

Hungry porcupines.

This was my favorite one.  Little baby Cloe.  She is eating a nut and just the most wonderful experience to hold a baby Oranotang.  Just wanted to take her home.

I hope you enjoyed Critters. Check out the previous posts if you are new to my blog.
